- The application is used by nearly forty full-time users.

- Nearly two hundred fifty direct users, including Action Center, Attended, Citizen, and Full Developers.

without any staff on site

detailed checklists for the end to end process, from the downloading of
20+ gigs of data over unreliable connections prior to the refresh, to a
step by step process on the day of refresh and tracking and reporting
to the CIO daily of the status of the project

due to changes required in the Oracle POS stack installed on the ISP,
the team was able to complete the refresh prior to the end of support
for Windows 2012
